I lived here when my children were in middle school and high school, very clean place big and my rent at that time was affordable for my family. Bobbi joe was the manager she was respectful to all tenants fare sweet, any issues she made sure they were addressed any time, Once Bobbi joe left there came q different manager she started out great, did her job far as moving in and moving out those she didn't care for her name was shavon hope I spelled it right, maintenance had issues with being a one woman man but wasn't my fight. Over all my stay here was great we were there for around three years or longer I believe lol. Just know she no longer works there so no judgement. It's only myself now I think I will see about renting a One bedroom my children are grown and have their own homes now amen. All in All great place to live with or without kids. Glad the animal policy is being taken seriously ð.

This was a surprise to me when I visited a friend who had recently moved in. The apt was updated and from the discussion about the complex my friend reiterated the initial thoughts about the complex. If not for I already having a good living situation,this complex would be a great option.

I have been living here for 2 years now, and to sum up my experience so far; itâs been nothing short of great. Rent is extremely affordable, especially considering how well managed and beautiful the apartment complex and apartment itself is, not to mention the amenities we get to enjoy (W/D in unit, and playground) Shannon has been a very pleasant manager to âdeal withâ, sheâs always friendly and on top of her management game! What I mean by that, is she takes very good care of this complex and itâs tenants. As for the other two ladies Iâve seen in the office, theyâre great too! The maintenance guy is also really friendly, and has been great with repairs Iâve needed since weâve been living here. I absolutely love this community as a whole, from management, & staff all the way down to my neighbors. This is a place I feel comfortable living, and raising my 3 small children at. Another plus is the area, weâre close to grocery stores, restaurants and tons other shopping. We are also located right across from the MAX which makes transportation a breeze if you rely on trimet like we mostly do.

Lived here almost four years and it's great. Reasonable rent with a fair amount of amenities and since management changed a couple years ago it has gotten even better. Shannon is super friendly and accommodating.

Bristol Woods is one of the best communities I've lived in. I moved in almost 3 years ago and the management teams (former and current) have been supportive, professional, and helpful. The one drawback is the community's pet policy (only service and therapy animals allowed), but everything else is great.

I've been here a few years and have never had a complaint. Convenient locations, like the Max station, grocery shopping, and restaurants, all 1 block away, make living easier. Management and staff have always been friendly and respectful. I don't ask for, nor do I expect, much more than that. Great place to live!

I have lived at Bristol Woods for almost four years. I love it here. The beautifully landscaped complex is so easy to look at. My apartment looks out to shade trees and a creek. It is usually very quiet. I am close to pubic transportation and every store or service I could possibly need. The managers and the representatives from the corporate office who occasionally visit treat me like a queen. Rare complaints and maintenance needs are met within a day of notification. I am so glad I found this place. I am not sure where I could go that would be better. Georgia

Great place. The management is nice, always waves to you when they see you. Any time I walk into the office, they always greet me the best they can even if they are on the phone. They joke around and always smile.
