Moved in here a few months ago and love it, Gia is such a sweetheart and very helpful!

Had a great experience touring Bristol Woods Apartments. Gia in leasing was professional, thorough, and very helpful throughout the process. The property was also pristine and well maintained. I was shopping around and toured several communities, and Bristol Woods definitely stood out. Overall, a very positive experience!

The maintenance guy Jeremy Zitek was an amazing worker, and made sure all of my problems were fixed in an amazingly fast amount of time. I am beyond impressed by his work ethic and his quality when it comes to finishing the job.

Gia and Tara are amazing! They are super friendly, always available, and answered every question I had. The maintenance guy is also awesome and keeps everything running smoothly. The apartment itself was clean and exactly as advertised, and the grounds are always well-kept. Highly recommend!

I lived here when my children were in middle school and high school, very clean place big and my rent at that time was affordable for my family. Bobbi joe was the manager she was respectful to all tenants fare sweet, any issues she made sure they were addressed any time, Once Bobbi joe left there came q different manager she started out great, did her job far as moving in and moving out those she didn't care for her name was shavon hope I spelled it right, maintenance had issues with being a one woman man but wasn't my fight. Over all my stay here was great we were there for around three years or longer I believe lol. Just know she no longer works there so no judgement. It's only myself now I think I will see about renting a One bedroom my children are grown and have their own homes now amen. All in All great place to live with or without kids. Glad the animal policy is being taken seriously 😁.
